I will visit your home, take a tour, give feed back & ideas. I will also go over the listing/buying process and together we will make a game plan.

This allows us to have a better idea what price to list your home. Is usually completed 1-2 weeks before listing. Appraiser might come out earlier to give you an idea ways to maximize value.
Great photos entice and draw in potential buyers. It's an absolute necessity!
A digital walk through of your house. Its super cool and super easy allow potential buyers to "walk through" be house prior to visiting it in person. Check out one my listings to try it out.
A web address related to your home address. (Example: 2346Tanglewood.com). Its easy to share with friends, family and potential buyers. I will also have a sign made for the front yard with this web address to help find buyers!
Open houses are a great way to allow potential buyers to see the house. With Covid right now things are a little difficult, but when possible you will have an open house - usually on a Sunday and sometimes on a Saturday.
I will help guide you on the best way to present your home in photos and potential buyers. I have some furniture pieces, pillows, blankets, art and tchotchkes that can lend a helping hand. I can't stage an entire house but we can be strategic on the best items needed!
I work with an inspector that will provide a discount on a pre-listing inspection. This is a great way to make sure there are not major problems prior to listing. Sometime is cheaper and easier to fix simple things prior to listing. The main things to keep in mind, once you know if an issue - if it's not repaired it MUST be disclosed.
I will always tell you the truth, my job is to guide you with knowledge, I can't do that if I'm not honest and open. This goes both ways and together we can get your home sold!
